Simple breakfast – For me, sausages are my favorite meal in them morning for breakfast, and in an outdoor setting, I would stick to it because it supplies adequate energy to the body. Some of the ingredients that you may need are; Ground meat, a teaspoon of pepper, salt and a tablespoon of non-fat powdered milk. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and when it is thoroughly done, cover it and place it in a cooler overnight. The conditions in the cooler allow the ingredients to sink into the meat so that it has a taste of the ingredients. In the morning when it is time for breakfast, you can fry the sausages until they turn golden brown and you can serve them hot.
